We are just a phone call away, however, in most cases we
have to see your RV or toy box to write an accurate
estimate. If insurance is involved, contact your insurance
company, they will give you a claim number, call us give us
the claim number and we will setup an appointment with the
insurance company. We will call you on what day the
insurance company send out a appraiser, that way we make
sure your RV is on our facility. It can take anywhere between
2 to 7 days before they come out depending on how busy
they are. After approval, we then can start to bring your RV
back to it's original status, its that simple.
